Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentoolRank (the “Service”), including the website, the API and the MCP server, operated by TENSO LLC, a limited liability company based in Colorado, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The data

Rankings and metrics come from public sources (mainly the GitHub API and package registries) and are computed by our own rules, described on the site. Descriptions, comparisons and alternatives are partly written by AI models. We refresh the data daily but do not guarantee that any figure or description is complete, accurate or current. A ranking is not an endorsement. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

2. Listings and submissions

• Listing a tool is free. Submissions are reviewed, and we may decline or remove any listing, for example if it is not an AI agent tool, is unsafe, or impersonates another project.
• By submitting, you confirm you may share the information and that it is accurate. We may edit the description to fit the site.
• Project names and trademarks belong to their owners; listing a project does not imply any relationship with it. Owners can ask for corrections or removal at hello@agentoolrank.com.

3. Paid listing options

• Priority review ($9), fast-track review ($19) and a 7-day featured listing ($49) are one-time payments in USD through Stripe, plus any applicable tax. Nothing renews.
• Paid options buy review speed or a place in the Featured section. They do not change a tool’s score or its position in the rankings.
• If your tool is not approved in review, we refund the payment in full.

4. Submit Kit

• The Submit Kit costs $29, a one-time payment through Stripe. You get an access key, valid for 30 days, to the full list on /submit-kit.
• The list records what we found when we tested each directory, on the dates shown. Directories change their rules; we do not promise that any directory will accept your product or send traffic, rankings or followed links. The kit does not submit anything for you.
• The key is for you and your team. Don’t publish it or resell the list.
• If the kit isn’t useful to you, email hello@agentoolrank.com within 7 days of buying it and we refund it in full.

5. API and MCP server

The API and MCP server are free to use within their rate limits. Don’t try to get around the limits, overload the Service, or access data you are not meant to. We may block keys or clients that do. Quoting our data with a link to the relevant page is welcome.

6. AI search

Answers in the AI search are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Check a tool’s own documentation before relying on an answer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
